EOV6 gives an agent and a caller a temporary written layer for the duration of one support session. It's designed for moments where accuracy matters—sharing details, confirming information, or exchanging files—without creating long-term records.
When the session ends, the written layer and any shared files are cleared by design.
How it works
- Start a session
The agent creates a session and receives a 6-digit code. - Join securely
The caller goes to eov6.com, enters the 6-digit code, and joins instantly—no account required. - Share and confirm
Both sides can exchange written details and permitted files for the duration of the session. - End and clear
When the session ends, the shared written layer and files are cleared for both sides.
Privacy & data handling
EOV6 is built around session-based data retention.
We store only what is required to operate the active session. When a session ends, shared data is cleared according to policy. There are no long-lived transcripts by default.
This approach reduces risk, limits exposure, and keeps conversations focused on the task at hand.
Accessibility
EOV6 aims to align with WCAG AA guidance, including contrast, focus states, keyboard navigation, and scalable text.
